Admission
Submitting an enquiry or online application form does not confirm admission. A seat is confirmed only after document verification and fee payment at the centre.
Fees
Fees mentioned on this website are indicative for the current academic session and may be revised. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as allowed under our written refund policy.
Scholarships
Scholarship slabs are awarded on the basis of the Kota Guru Scholarship / Talent Test and merit documents. The institute's decision on scholarship eligibility is final.
Batches & schedule
The institute may change batch timings, faculty allocation, centre or the mode of teaching (offline / hybrid) when required for academic or operational reasons.
Code of conduct
Students are expected to maintain attendance, appear for scheduled tests and follow the discipline policy. The institute may discontinue a student's enrolment for serious misconduct.
Results & claims
Results, ranks and selection counts published on this website belong to Kota Guru students of the mentioned academic years. Past results do not guarantee similar performance in future examinations.
